At PosterPrintery.com, we are committed to getting your custom posters printed, packed, and delivered securely and on time. Below you'll find our shipping and handling terms.


1. Production Time

All poster files are subject to a 24 to 48 hour production time after final file approval. This time frame may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to order volume, but we do our best to print and prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Please note: Production time does not include shipping time.


2. Shipping Options

We ship all orders using the shipping service selected at checkout. Available options may include national postal services, express couriers, and tracked delivery services. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and depend on your selected shipping method and destination.


3. Packaging

We take great care to ensure your posters arrive in perfect condition.

  • Small to medium orders are typically shipped in protective tubes.

  • Larger orders or bulk quantities may be shipped in rigid, reinforced boxes.

  • All shipments are securely packed to prevent bending, creasing, or damage in transit.


4. Order Tracking & Delivery

We monitor all shipments and provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status.

If your tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received your package, or if you suspect your order is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible at:

5. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will:

  1. Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier

  2. File a claim for lost or undelivered shipments if necessary

  3. Work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or refunding the order depending on the carrier's resolution and insurance policies

Please note: We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer during checkout. Always double-check your information before submitting your order.


6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Customs processing times may vary, and additional duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
