Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by PosterPrintery.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Use of Our Services

PosterPrintery.com provides custom poster printing services. By placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us for the purchase of printed materials based on the images or designs you upload.

2. Customer Responsibilities for Uploaded Content

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT YOU UPLOAD.

By uploading any image, file, or content to PosterPrintery.com, you affirm, warrant, and guarantee that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or consents to use, reproduce, and print the material.

  • The uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights.

  • The content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, pornographic (where prohibited), or otherwise in violation of any applicable laws.

FILE RESOLUTION AND PRINT QUALITY

You are fully responsible for the resolution, clarity, and overall quality of the files you upload or provide to us for printing. We do not alter, enhance, or correct the resolution of the artwork you provide unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

If a file is low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable for large-format printing, the customer assumes full responsibility for the quality of the final printed product.

If you approve a proof or submit a file that results in a substandard print due to low image quality, PosterPrintery.com is not liable for the result, and no refunds or reprints will be issued under such circumstances.

INDEMNITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PosterPrintery.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, legal fees, or other consequences arising out of:

  • The content you upload

  • Your misuse of our services

  • Any legal dispute or allegation from a third party concerning the content printed

  • Any quality issues resulting from user-supplied artwork, including resolution or formatting problems

We act solely as a printing service provider, offering paper, ink, and printing services based on the materials provided by you. We do not review, edit, or approve user-uploaded content, and we assume no responsibility or liability for its legality, appropriateness, or resolution.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Full payment must be received before any order is processed or shipped.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all prints are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or the print quality is significantly below standard due to our error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

To initiate a claim, contact us at info@posterprintery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on PosterPrintery.com (except user-uploaded images) are the intellectual property of PosterPrintery.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To upload or transmit viruses or harmful code

  • To abuse, harass, defame, or threaten others

  • To violate any laws or third-party rights

8. Legal Compliance and Cooperation

We will cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities in cases of:

  • Copyright or trademark disputes

  • Court orders, subpoenas, or valid legal requests

  • Suspected illegal or harmful activity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PosterPrintery.com shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Errors in printing resulting from customer-provided files

  • Delays in shipping or production due to third-party issues

Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County NV.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
